The Reason behind poor Jobs in India

If we look at the vast land of cultures holding around 1.2billion people on it with lots of diversity in it, then we may find out a bit in it Yes, that’s what we call a job.

In India, there’s a ritual of getting an engineering job. It doesn’t matter if it’s related to the public or private sector. Even you can say a doctor or job relating to administration. Shall we say it as a ruining of India, pardon me if I am mistaken? I could reminisce a memory of childhood when ABP news was called star news where a show reveals the hyperactive mindstate of the beggar. It unveiled the way he looted. Not disclosing much of this we would like to focus on how this system of jobs work. Importantly why do they even exist in work.

Just because the resources are distributed unequally all over the world. Everyone is dependent on the other and so is the case of rural and semi-rural on urban & vice versa. But due to better attention received by government schemes government policies and better network in the urban areas proves it to and superior. The persons from other areas who don’t belong to that land come to earn a bread and bitter for themselves but those who succeeded get their fame else to try to be the same.

job

Engineering in its true sense is completely deteriorated. A dozen of engineering colleges have evolved up to prove their existence in ‘market’ that they provide better education facility. So we lack better knowledge n invest in other countries to borrow its technology to get better fame. Isn’t it quite humorous that taking someone’s technology using it for own and then claiming “yeah, we did it”? This not happens in every field of technology but some do. If you raise a voice against this system, you should be knowing that it’s wastage of time to fight against this system and again you fall in the same trap and teach you are next generation the same and the cycle continues. Well is there any output of the cycle.

Coming back to medical colleges, being a doctor is considered to be the most respectable job and yes the second always not revealed but we’ll known fact has secured the job. So students who get this they in reality serve the society. But there are also scums in this field which by God’s grace n through the power of media and youth it is being revealed .

job

Now dealing with the mind storming job is the administration where u deal with the society practically. The power is owned by you(job holder). In this due course of reading several yojanas by govt, several policies, several schemes in newspapers or magazines, where is policy or budget that gives confidence on the faces of middle-class families?

None of the officers or politicians that have been elected by all classes of men did something. It was this time when the seventh pay scheme was applied after 2yrs from 2016. The pain and difficulty which these men face are also comparable. They should raise but they don’t. They are the self-adjusting class of Indians who have always adjusted with this system. If my writing gets published it an appeal to govt to hear my voice, which is the voice of many lakhs of men, in those country fight with their salaries for their children’s bread.

Lastly, the most independent private job in India is to beg. This increasing no. challenges to the govt who tries to make the country developed. Most of the people and children turn out be beggar due to their poverty, lack of awareness of govt issues, n mindset. Most of the Indian movies shows that it is also run as a business. Govt shud eradicate the root from this system of beggar which stops us from developing towards developed.
